Shipping policy
We currently ship using Evri and Royal Mail with plans to introduce additional delivery options in the future.
All orders are handmade to order, so please allow 5–7 working days for your parcel to be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please note:
- During busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or new launches), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer
- Delays caused by the courier are outside of our control
Important Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility lies with the courier
- We are not liable for delays, lost, or damaged parcels, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues
