We really hope you love your order from Mischievous Melts 🖤
However, we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.

All of our products are handmade using EcoSoy wax. Due to the natural properties of this wax, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish can occur. You may also notice frosting (a white, crystalline effect on the surface) — this is completely normal and does not affect the performance of your wax melts. Because of this, these natural variations are not considered faults, and we do not accept returns based on appearance alone.

If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, please contact us at shopmischievousmelts@gmail.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs where relevant.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Packaging must be intact and undamaged

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
