Mischievous Melts was created from a love of all things creative & chaotic. What started as a small hobby turned into something much more - a space to create, experiment and bring a bit of personality into everyday home fragrance.

Hi, I’m Lauren   👀

I’m the person behind Mischievous Melts — based in the North East of England. Like a lot of my ideas, this started as a hyperfocus but somehow, this one didn’t end up in the hobby graveyard. Instead, it stuck. Between the creativity, the scents, and the process of making something from scratch, it became something I genuinely loved — and something I wanted to grow.

From Luna to Mischief

You might have known me as The Luna Apothecary. That brand came from a very different time — and while it meant a lot, it no longer felt like the right fit. Mischievous Melts is the next chapter. A little lighter, a little bolder, and a lot more me.

What I’m about

I don’t do boring. I wanted a brand that felt fun, a little different, slightly unhinged in the best way but still with a cosy core.  From bakery scents to fresh laundry, to things that probably shouldn’t exist but do anyway (you know the ones), everything is made to bring a bit of personality into your space.

Handmade, always

Every melt is handmade in small batches using EcoSoy wax.  That means: no two pieces are exactly the same, you might notice natural variations (completely normal!) and everything is made with care and attention

A little real talk

This business has grown through creativity, trial and error, and navigating life as it comes — including the ups and downs that come with it and a spicy brain. It’s not always perfectly polished behind the scenes, but it’s real, and it’s something I’m genuinely proud of.
