Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch. Delivery times will depend on the courier (we currently use Evri).
Will I get tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Please contact us at shopmischievousmelts@gmail.com and we’ll help look into it for you.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Contact us as soon as possible!
Products & Wax Melts
How do I use wax melts?
Simply place 1–2 pieces of wax into your burner, light a tealight underneath, and enjoy the scent as it melts.
How long do wax melts last?
This depends on the scent and how much you use, but most melts will last several hours per use.
Why does my wax look frosty or different in colour?
This is completely normal! We use EcoSoy wax, which can naturally cause frosting or slight colour variations. It doesn’t affect the scent or performance at all.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Everything is handmade in small batches with a lot of care (and a little bit of mischief ✨).
Safety
Are wax melts safe to use?
Yes — when used correctly. Please follow all safety instructions and never leave a burner unattended.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some fragrances may contain allergens. Full information is provided on the CLP label on each product and on each listing.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll get this sorted for you.
